🚚 Shipping Locations

We currently ship across Pakistan.

International shipping is not available at this time.

⏱️ Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

📦 Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days (major cities)

• Remote Areas: 5–7 business days (depending on courier services)

We partner with trusted local courier services to ensure timely and secure delivery.

💵 Shipping Charges

• Flat Rate: PKR 199 on all orders below PKR 2,999

• Free Shipping: On orders PKR 3,000 and above

🔁 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your order on the courier’s website.

🚫 Failed Deliveries / Incorrect Address

• Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at checkout.

• Failed deliveries due to incorrect information or repeated missed delivery attempts may incur additional shipping charges.

📦 Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items:

1. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Provide photos of the damaged packaging/product.

3. We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
