You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product is missing parts or accessories

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Must include all accessories, manuals, and tags

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Products that have been used or altered

  • Items without original packaging

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

  2. Share your order number and clear photos/video of the issue.

  3. Our team will verify and offer a free replacement or a refund, based on availability and case review.

  • If a refund is approved, it will be issued via the original payment method (or bank transfer in the case of COD orders).

  • Please allow 5โ€“7 business days for processing after approval.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, we may require your bank account details for manual refund processing.


๐Ÿšš Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), weโ€™ll cover the return shipping.

  • In other approved cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
