You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.
We accept returns only in the following cases:
You received a damaged or defective product
You received the wrong item
The product is missing parts or accessories
To be eligible:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
Must include all accessories, manuals, and tags
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
Products that have been used or altered
โChange of mindโ or personal preferences
Items without original packaging
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Share your order number and clear photos/video of the issue.
Our team will verify and offer a free replacement or a refund, based on availability and case review.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued via the original payment method (or bank transfer in the case of COD orders).
Please allow 5โ7 business days for processing after approval.
For Cash on Delivery orders, we may require your bank account details for manual refund processing.
If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), weโll cover the return shipping.
In other approved cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
